The theory of determinability

Understanding under a society the totality of human relations, which are regulated by certain norms and rules of a large group of people with common views, moral values, traditions, history and culture, as well as the same political and economic foundations, territory of residence and common mentality, we can state that the determining dominant of such human society is its sustainable development. Sustainable development is understood as a process of economic and social change in which the exploitation of natural resources, the direction of investments, as well as the orientation of scientific and technological development of society and individuals and institutional changes are coordinated with each other and strengthen the current and future capacity to meet human needs and aspirations. Much of this notion is about the development of scientific and technological progress to ensure the quality of life of people.
